Products for vineyard

Vineyard is a fruit plant belonging to the vitaceae family. It is mostly cultivated for its fruit, the grapes, used for the production of wines, grape juices and table grape.

Its cultivation requires an area with proper climate and well drained soil. Vineyards are usually planted in pergola rows to allow plants to grow vertically and enjoy more sun exposure. Vineyards require special treatments, such as regular pruning, irrigation and fight against parasites and diseases.

The use of copper is widely recognized as treatment to prevent and fight against fungal diseases such as peronospora and oidium which can heavely damage grapes and reduce production and quality of the yield. These diseases may be prevented or treated with a supply of copper and sulphur present in our fertilizers by previously consulting an expert.

Copper is usually applied as sulphate or copper oxychloride and is sprayed on the plants during the vegetative period.
